Vietjet, FPT in the top "Vietnam best places to work 2025"
(Vietjet, HoChiMinh City, November 20, 2025) – Vietjet has
once again been named among “Vietnam best places to work 2025” at an awards
ceremony organized by Anphabe under the auspices of the Vietnam Chamber of
Commerce and Industry (VCCI).
The recognition highlights
Vietjet’s consistent efforts in building a modern, international, happy and
inspiring workplace for more than 9,000 employees from 66 countries and
territories.
This year, the Top 100 Vietnam
best places to work in the large enterprises category features leading names
such as FPT, Vingroup, Vietjet and others.
“Vietnam best places to work” is
a prestigious annual ranking launched in 2013. It is based on an independent
survey that gathers objective feedback from tens of thousands of employees
nationwide and measures the attractiveness of the employer brands of nearly 800
companies across 18 different industries.
As the only airline to be honored
for two consecutive years, Vietjet reaffirms its position as an employer
trusted and preferred by the workforce. Every year, the airline attracts
thousands of applicants for positions such as pilots, flight crew, engineers,
operations staff and customer service personnel.
In addition, Vietjet invests
heavily in training and human capital development. Vietjet Aviation Academy
(VJAA), the airline’s training arm and an official training partner of the
International Air Transport Association (IATA), regularly conducts
international-standard training programs for Vietjet’s workforce as well as for
the wider aviation industry. The airline also focuses on developing managerial
capabilities through advanced training, MBA programs and partnerships with
reputable universities and institutes in Vietnam and overseas.
As a global airline, Vietjet now
has around 9,000 employees from 66 countries. With a well-structured human
resources development strategy and a highly competitive benefits system, the
airline has received numerous HR awards both domestically and internationally
over the years. These accolades not only affirm Vietjet’s position as a
professional and attractive workplace, but also underscore its positive
contribution to the sustainable development of the aviation industry and the
broader labor market in the region.
