This year’s

The World

excellence across all sectors of the travel, tourism, and hospitality
industries for over three decades. The annual awards are determined by votes
from qualified executives in these fields, as well as consumer travel buyers
around the world, recognizing businesses with the most outstanding product
offerings.

redeemed for flight tickets or a wide range of products and services from over
250 reputable brands.
The airline
has recently introduced new services, such as flight information notifications
via Zalo and WhatsApp, providing timely and convenient updates for passengers.
Vietjet also employs AI and chatbot technology to enhance the customer
experience throughout the journey, from booking and check-in to arrival. The
airline has just celebrated its 200 millionth passenger milestone with a series
