announces 2025 audited financial results: profit growth surpasses targets,
expansion in technical and ground services, strengthened financial foundation,
and international expansion

30, 2026) – Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company (HOSE: VJC) has
officially released its audited financial statements for 2025, reporting robust
business growth, enhanced operational efficiency, and a consistently secure
financial foundation, which were giving momentum for the strategy of international
expansion.
Profit Growth Exceeds Targets
with Distinct Efficiency Improvements
According
to the audited report, Vietjet achieved the following consolidated results in
2025:

Consolidated revenue: VND 82.093 trillion (approx. US$3.11 billion) (up 14%
YoY).

Consolidated profit before tax: VND 2.630 trillion (approx. US$ 99.6 million)
(up 44.3% YoY).

Consolidated profit after tax: VND 2.123 trillion (approx. US$80.5 million) (up
51.2% YoY).
These
profit figures exceeded the annual plan by more than 120%, reflecting a
sustainable recovery in aviation demand and the airline’s capacity for cost
optimization and operational excellence.
Vietjet
reported parent company’s performance as follows:

Revenue: VND 81.426 trillion (approx. US$3.09 billion) (up 14% YoY).

Profit before tax: VND 2.462 trillion (approx. US$ 93.47 million) (up 40.8%
YoY).

Profit after tax: VND 1.968 trillion (approx. US$ 74.6 million) (up 51.1% YoY).
Maintaining a Secure Financial

As
of December 31, 2025, the audited report highlights:

These
financial indicators remained well within industry safety margins, demonstrating
Vietjet's strong liquidity and rational capital structure.

the year, Vietjet increased its equity by VND 5 trillion (approx. US$189.6
million) through a share issuance, bolstering its financial capacity for the

Additionally,
the airline paid VND 10.537 trillion (approx. US$ 399.6 million) of taxes and
fees to the State budget, reaffirming its role as a major large-scale listed
enterprise.

2025, Vietjet maintained high operational efficiency with:
