Vietjet operates the world’s first 240-seat A321neo ACF

Vietjet expects to buy 25 million treasury shares
(Ho Chi Minh City, July 10th, 2019) - Resolution dated July 9th, 2019 of the Board of Directors of Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company (HOSE code: VJC) approved buying back up to 25 million shares (equivalent to 4.61% of its charter capital) as treasury shares. The transaction will be carried out by the matching orders or agreement method on the exchange after obtaining approval from the State Securities Commission.
The proportion of Vietjet’s international revenue reached to 55% in QI/2019
(Ho Chi Minh City, May 6th, 2019) - Thanks to its continuously international flight network expansion in the first quarter, Vietjet’s air transport revenue grew nearly 28% year on year. Air transport profit before tax reached to VND923 billion, up to 25.3% year on year, consolidated profit before tax reached VND1,648 billion, increased 11.3% compared to the same period of 2018. In QI/2019, the Company did not have sale and leaseback transaction. In the same period last year, Vietjet had 4 sale and leaseback transactions.

Vietjet advances the second dividend payment of 2018 at 10%, increase payout dividend ratio of the year to 55%
(Ho Chi Minh City, April 9th, 2019) - VJC Board of Directors have just announced to advance 10% cash dividend payment to its shareholders, so they will receive a cash dividend of 30% in the fiscal year 2018, corresponding to the amount that company pay for its shareholders is nearly VND1,625 billion.

(Ho Chi Minh City, March 13, 2019) - Vietjet does not operate any flights with Boeing 737 MAX aircraft. We are currently operating with a fleet entirely composed of new Airbus aircraft from the A320 family aircraft. The average age of our fleet is 2.82 years. We are also using latest generation of Airbus aircraft, A320-A321 neo.
